Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Profito Interactive, we are sure about our capabilities. Most of the time, delivering promised result is a little tough for our competitors. But, it is not a challenge for us, but our real challenge is to deliver more than promised result within the deadline and most of the time, we succeed in completing our challenge.
We, at Profito Interactive Pvt. Ltd., follow a systematic way to do everything, so we never have to deal with the situations like refund and project cancellation. To deal with such situations, we have developed some strategies.
- You can cancel the order for any particular service that you have taken within 7 working days of service agreement through prescribed cancellation. To cancel the service order, you can email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- A cancellation request will not be accepted for the services availed with promotional offers.
- A cancellation request will not be accepted for domain name transfer and domain name registration.
- Our service agreement automatically gets canceled if you fail to make payment within 10 working days.
- In case of project cancellation, the fee would not be refunded.
- We, Profito Interactive, have a different refund policy for each service.
- If the refund is made, we would take away the amount for the work done by us.
- The installation charges or administrative fees would not be refunded anyhow.
- Taxes paid to the regulatory bodies for services would not be refunded.
- If there is any attempt to violate the terms and conditions of our policy by you, we would then and there, cancel the service agreement and would not refund you anything.
- If any kind of service disruption happens because of third party involvement, we would not refund you anything.
